At the heart of Colorz n Style is a leadership team that brings together decades of technical knowledge, business acumen, and market insight. With complementary strengths across leather technology, marketing, exports, and strategic growth, our directors and senior executives ensure Colorz n Style remains agile, innovative, and future-focused.

Neeraj Jain

CEO

Neeraj, the CEO of Colorz n Style Pvt. Ltd., is an alumnus of H.B.T.I. Kanpur, where he completed his B.Tech in Leather Technology in 1995. He later sharpened his strategic thinking and business leadership by completing the Strategic Leadership Program at IIM Lucknow.

With over 30 years of experience in the marketing and sales of transfer foils and finished leathers, Neeraj has worked with leading corporates like Max India Ltd. (Max Foils) and built deep-rooted partnerships with top footwear and leather brands across India.

He actively represents the Indian leather industry on global platforms, having participated in prestigious events like Lineapelle and Simac Tanning Tech in Milan, and maintains strong business networks across Italy, Turkey, China, and Southeast Asia.

A firm believer in people-driven business, Neeraj lives by the philosophy:

As the captain of the ship, Neeraj leads with vision, empathy, and executional clarity — driving Colorz n Style to be India’s most trusted name in leathers and foils.

Varun Govil

DIRECTOR

Varun, alumni of Manipal University holds B.tech (Civil engineering).

Established himself in the business of exporting artificial jewelry and handicraft products. With him, he brought solid business acumen of 25 year and association with Colorz n Style was one such far sighted move.

Business ethics and go-getter attitude has always been his motto.

Pourush Kashyap

VICE-PRESIDENT MARKETING AND SALES

Pourush is an MBA (Marketing) and handles entire domestic and international marketing.

Started his journey in the year 2003 with industry leaders like Superhouse Ltd. and then gained corporate expertise at Max India Ltd. (Max Foils) in marketing function until 2015 and then joined Colorz n Style in 2016 as Vice President.

His biggest assets are his Credibility in market, striking Personal Rapport with clients and ‘Customer First’ belief.

Gaurav Bajaj

GENERAL MANAGER

Gaurav graduated in Computer Science. He has been leading the company since inception as the General Manager as he has 12+ years of proficient experience in the business.

Smiling throughout the way, he has achieved excellence in formulating and implementing a tactical initiative to achieve strategic business goals.

Being the most relied person, his efficient network of partners to escalate the sales has always been an asset.
