Refund policy

We stand by the quality of our leather. However:

● Returns: Returns are not accepted on customized, treated, or bulk leather unless the
product is found defective.
● Defects: Any manufacturing or material issue must be reported within 48 hours of
delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or corrective action on a priority basis.
● Logistics Costs: Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the error is on our
end.
