creativity. Before you partner with us, here’s everything you need to know about how we work—clear, transparent, and industry-ready.

1. Introduction
This website is operated by Colorz n Style Pvt. Ltd. By visiting our site or placing a business inquiry, you agree to the terms outlined here. These apply to all our clients—designers, exporters, manufacturers, and brand partners alike.

2. Products & Custom Finishes
Every leather surface we offer is the result of technical mastery, detailed craftsmanship, and extensive testing. Due to the nature of our processes—foiling, embossing, printing—minor variations in texture or finish may occur. These variations reflect the uniqueness of genuine leather and handcrafted techniques.
● Natural Variation: Leather is an organic material. Color tone shifts, surface grains, and
softening are all part of its authentic evolution.
● Customization: Custom orders are produced to exact client specifications. Once
approved, the design cannot be altered or cancelled during production.

3. Payment Terms
We accept a variety of domestic and international payment modes including bank transfers and approved digital platforms.
● Advance Requirement: For custom or bulk orders, a 50% advance is mandatory.
Remaining balance is payable prior to dispatch.
● Secure Invoicing: All transactions are governed by GST-compliant invoicing. For
international clients, duty and taxes are to be borne at destination unless otherwise
agreed.

4. Lead Time & Dispatch
Depending on order type and complexity, production lead times may vary. Standard fulfillment for catalog products is within 7–10 business days. Custom finishes may require 14–21 business days.
● Tracking & Updates: Dispatch confirmation and tracking information will be shared once the order leaves our facility.
● Freight Charges: Shipping costs will be calculated based on destination, volume, and
courier selection, and will be communicated at the time of order finalization.

5. Returns & Replacements
We stand by the quality of our leather. However:
● Returns: Returns are not accepted on customized, treated, or bulk leather unless the
product is found defective.
● Defects: Any manufacturing or material issue must be reported within 48 hours of
delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or corrective action on a priority basis.
● Logistics Costs: Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the error is on our
end.

6. Intellectual Property & Design Use
All surface techniques, designs, images, and digital assets shared by Colorz n Style are the intellectual property of the company. Use of our content, designs, or mockups without prior permission is prohibited. Clients are welcome to share approved work with credit or through formal collaborations.

7. B2B Collaborations & Sampling
We frequently work with designers, studios, and export firms to create exclusive collections and seasonal ranges.
● Sampling Terms: Sample requests may carry a nominal fee and will be adjusted against confirmed orders.
● Collaboration Protocol: If we provide samples for development or collaboration, proper attribution and mutual terms of use apply.

8. Privacy & Data Security
Your company and contact data is protected under our privacy policy. We only collect and use information essential for communication, fulfillment, and service improvement. No data is shared with third parties for promotional purposes.

9. Policy Updates
Colorz n Style reserves the right to revise these terms in response to operational or legal changes. Clients will be notified of significant updates, and continued engagement implies acceptance of the revised terms.
